Pregnancy and Postpartum
Certified Prenatal Massage - Flowing strokes relax, while focused touch releases a pregnant woman's bodily discomfort. LovingHands has the safest, best, most comfortable face-down or side-lieing prenatal options available. (Ask for the Spinning Babies Bodywork session for complete body relaxation, balance, and preparation for labor).
$115/hour, or $160/1.5 hours, or $210/2 hours
Spinning Babies Certified Aware Bodywork (two-hour encouraged initial prenatal visit) - Sitting, couches, cars, poor posture, imbalanced diet, dehydration, and trauma are normal ways of living in our society and may all contribute to an imbalanced pelvis and body. I searched out and created this rare and special protocol as I wanted to make an even bigger difference for my pregnant clients, which it has! My goal is to help pregnant moms feel great, and create space for the baby to more successfully move through a laboring pelvis. This session includes techniques to encourage the pelvis to open, balance and improve pregnancy discomfort, and create more space for mother and baby. This treatment may include release or balance of ligaments and tendons, muscles, fascia, soft tissue, and more. I also include and show you how to use protocols at home for further success. This session is a MUST for all expectant moms, especially by or around 30 weeks.

BREECH/TRANSVERSE Spinning Babies Bodywork - This two-three hour session is exactly what's needed for complete body, mind, emotional balance, as well as protocols to keep your body happy and spacious, and correct teaching of Spinning Babies Protocols for encouraged head-down success. This session can be a game-changer in getting baby head-down and keeping them that way.

Induction Protocol - This session includes specific tools to encourage an expectant mother, her body, and baby to get on the same page in preparation for labor to start.

Advanced Treatment of the Postpartum Body - Whether you've recently given birth, or gave birth 50 years ago, this special certified treatment could be a huge benefit to your body. Women's bodies are made for birthing, but babies do re-arrange the pelvic furniture. This thorough session assesses the body and corrects imbalances in the pelvic bones, tissues, muscles, uterus, pelvic floor, bladder, and more. Loving care is also given to the back, neck, chest - everywhere that may hold tension during birth, sleeping, and nursing. Nurture and reset your postpartum body.

Raindrop uses several therapeutic-grade Young Living pure essential oils that combine aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment of the body. Great for immune boosting, balancing stress, and igniting an atmosphere of serenity.

Access Bars - An incredibly nurturing and relaxing process undoing limitations in all aspects of your life that are willing to change. 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head storing the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. During your session I hold specific points on your head which, when held, dissipate the electromagnetic component of thoughts, feelings, and emotions which leave you ignited with positive feeling, and a sense of restoration and renewal.

In this session we will prioritize and support structure (bodywork/massage), chemistry (nutrition), and energy (soften emotions), thus creating balance so you can feel joyful, free, and ready to experience your life today as well as your road ahead.

Nutrition/ Wellness session - Listening to your concerns and using Applied Kinesiology, I help you to prioritize and make a game plan to support and improve health in your body. I can help you understand your changing nutritional needs, which may contribute to better digestion, improved sleep, becoming aware of food sensitivities, and other information to help balance discomforts of daily life. This information can change your life!
